Apple escalates Samsung battle, files ITC complaint

EH-K approves 1:1 initiative
The Elk Horn-Kimballton Community School District Board of Directors continued work on a lease agreement with Apple computers during a special meeting on June 23, and planned to approve the lease by then end of the week. The project would provide the district, teachers and students in grades nine through 12 with computers.
